Who will ship
my products?
All items will be shipped from Our
Warehouse .
They will not be dropped shipped by another company.
We are the importer so all items are in our warehouse.
How will my items be shipped?
Non Perishable items will be shipped UPS ground.
Perishable items must be shipped Fed Ex overnight.
When will my items be shipped? unless
requested otherwise
Non-Perishable Items (UPS

Orders received by 2:00 PM EST Monday -Friday will be shipped the
same day.
Orders received Friday after 2:00PM EST will be shipped Monday
Perishable Items (Fed Ex
shipping)
Orders received by 2:00 PM EST Monday -Thursday will be shipped
the same day.
Orders received Friday after 2:00PM EST will be shipped

How will my items be packed?
Non-Perishable
Items (UPS ground)
Your non-perishable
items will be packed in a cardboard shipper approved box with
Styrofoam peanuts.
Perishable Items (Fed Ex
shipping)
Your perishable items will be packed in a Styrofoam box
with frozen gel packs and Styrofoam peanuts.
The Styrofoam box will be inside a cardboard box.
When should my items be delivered?
UPS standard is within 4 business days. (Holidays can
increase this time)
Fed Ex orders shipped Next Day Priority. That means by
10:30 AM for most cities.
How much will it cost?
Non-Perishable
Items
Non perishable items shipped UPS ground @ $5.00 per
order.
That means all items ordered and shipped at the same time to the
same address will
have one shipping charge of $5.00.
Perishable Items
All perishable items shipped Fed Ex Priority overnight @
$25.00 per order.
That means all items ordered and shipped at the same time to the
same address will
have one shipping charge of $25.00.
Saturday delivery add $15.00 Sunday delivery add $50.00. Same day
delivery add $150.00
Security Information
Credit
card security is one of our top priorities at Gourmet USA
You are protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act, which prohibits
your bank from holding you liable for more than $50.00 of
fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable, Gourmet USA
will cover the liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Gourmet
USA will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your
credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases
made at Gourmet USA. In the event of unauthorized use of your
credit card, please notify your credit card provider immediately
in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Does anybody else see the information I provide?
Gourmet USA will not provide any information about our guests
credit card information to anyone outside of the company.

Gourmet USA respects your privacy. Our Internet site is meant to
be a service to you. In order to provide you with the best
products, timely information and quality customer service, we
record a variety of information from your visit to our site. To
better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our

When you purchase products from Gourmet USA, we collect your name,
address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card
information. We use this information to fulfill your order and to
communicate with you about your order. In fulfilling your order,

the extent necessary to fulfill your order.
When you send a gift and want it sent directly to the recipient,
you will need to submit the recipient's name and postal address.
We use this information only to ship the product and confirm
delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties
except to the extent necessary to fulfill that order. Information
you provide us to create a gift-card is only used for that
purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the
gift.
When you request a catalog from Gourmet USA or sign up for our
direct mail/catalog list, we collect your name and postal address.
We use this information to send you the catalog and then
automatically place you on our direct mail/catalog list to receive
from us direct mail and printed catalogs with special offers and
updates about products and services. If you later decide that you
do not wish to receive printed catalogs or other direct mail
pieces, simply: email us at support@gourmetusa.com
and ask to be removed from our mailings.
When you send us an e-mail or you ask that we e-mail you when a
product is back in stock, we collect your name and e-mail address
and use this information to e-mail you information on when the
product is back in stock.
Requests to be unsubscribe will be processed immediately, however
you may receive 1-2 additional newsletters. Delays may occur if
the email address or postal address information you provide us
does not match the information in our database.

To enhance your shopping experience, the Gourmet USA site may have
links to other sites on the Internet that are owned by third party
vendors and other third parties (External Sites), or you may come
to Gourmet USA from a link from an External Site. These other web
