SHIPPING FAQ

* Who will ship my Gourmet Foods *

All items will be shipped from OUR warehouse. They will not be dropped shipped by another company.
We are the importer so all items are in our warehouse.

* How will my Gourmet Foods be shipped *

All refrigerated items must be shipped Fed Ex overnight. Non refrigerated items shipped UPS ground.

* When will my items be shipped *

Orders received by 2:00 PM EST Monday -Thursday will be shipped the same day.
Orders received Friday will be shipped Monday orders received Friday
by 2:00 PM EST can be shipped Friday for Saturday delivery Add $15.00
Same day delivery available at $150.00 Delta Dash

* How will my Gourmet Foods be packaged *

Refrigerated items will be packed in a styro box with frozen gel packs and styro peanuts.
The styro box will be inside a cardboard box.
Non refrigerated items will be packed in a cardboard box.

* When will my Gourmet Food be delivered *

Fed Ex orders shipped Next Day Priority. That means by 10:30 AM for most cities.
UPS standard is 4 business and a guaranteed time is not available.

* How much will it cost *

Refrigerated/Perishable items shipped Fed Ex overnight @ $25.00 per order.
That means all Refrigerated/Perishable items ordered and shipped at the same time will
have one shipping charge of $25.00 If you have perishable and non- perishable they will go together.
Saturday delivery add $15.00 Sunday delivery add $50.00. Same day delivery add $150.00
Non refrigerated/perishable items are weight based. UPS shipping charges will be added to invoice.
We can call back after items are packed with charges if requested.
