    El Pescador anchovies are fished from deep ocean waters. After curing for five months in sea salt, they are boned and trimmed by hand, rinsed and packed in a choice of pure Spanish olive oil, or soy oil. Anchovies are firm and tender, perfect for garnishing Caesar salads, pizza, hors d'oeuvres, and more.
